“It was like a really cool retreat created by Frank Llyod Wright or something. It was comfy and a tiny breakfast was included. Great value. Pool was refreshing. It is February and we were the only guests. ”

He made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome and was more than happy to answer my questions and give recommendations. The hotel itself is stunning. The front common area has huge fireplace and a lot of windows which gives a great view of the mountains. The breakfast that was included was wonderful too. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone considering staying.”

“It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.”

“This is the best place to stay in Santiago. It’s right next to the giant park. “The lungs of Santiago “ . There are many birds and the teleférico and funicular are right there. There is also a Hop on Hop off bus stop close by. The staff are all super helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast was wonderful and very generous. They arranged a taxi from the hotel which was very safe and convenient.”
