There renovations were nice. Nice paint job inside and out New carpet throughout bldg. and new tile and vinyl flooring in rooms.My family and i been here about 2 weeks. Nice place. Recommendable hotel.

My room was reasonably clean, but the shower was a mere trickle and the TV didn't work. Nonetheless it was OK for a one-night stay.

Booked online so wouldn’t refund. I slept in my car!! Bed bugs streaks on the box spring. Had not been vacuumed. People hanging out of windows when I went to park. Took forever for the person to come check me in. No hand soap in the bathroom but there small packs of shampoo that I had to use. I was afraid my small dogs were going to eat something bad off the floor. Garbage in the halls and place smelled of cig. Smoke. They do have a pool not being used but they use it for storage of a bike and other crap. Some rooms don’t have door knobs on the doors but people were in the room. The ABSOLUTELY WORST HOTEL IVE EVER BOOKED AT!!!! I’m very surprised Expedia had it on their site. My dogs wouldn’t stop sniffing around so that tells me a lot. They don’t do that in a nice hotel. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE! VERY NOISY!

Stayed here as a single male for quick sleep. Not recommended for family or single female. Very rough clientele and noisy all night. Clean but very ran down.

the people staying there are disrespectful they just did renovations (not a 5 star by far but you knew that when you’re booking) this is a budget motel . As they were putting new carpet in the whole building at once painting and fixing odds and ends ppl were literally trashing it so all the work they’ve done made no difference brand new carpet messed up trash all over like there isn’t big trash cans at the end of the 3 exits. to the visitors (soap and water is free amenity) trash all over outside which like I said u walk past the trash can n decide to throw your trash on the ground which is diabolical. places like this have cheaper rates for local people who are going through a tough time or travelers such as myself simply on a budget. so HAVE SOME RESPECT! They can’t make it better if everyone is constantly treating this place like a dumpster. the hotel does try to get things in order it could be worse but some Days ARE worse than others Just depends on the ppl staying there. The front desk employee is a very nice guy very accommodating and goes above and beyond and very kind to everyone needing a bit of compassion. any time I stay there I’m treated very well by him. Hopefully people start acting like the adults they are so they can make more updates to better our stays.Police patrol EVERY HR no joke lol won’t bug u though unless you’re the problem. few pot holes but that’s typical in the Midwest OVERALL it’s not a hotel issue it’s a ppl issue

I'm not picky, but the room was nasty. Sheets were stained and pillow cases looked so old/dirty/used... It was gross. The floor was dirty, bathroom floor had crumbs all over it. You could hear everything outside the room (might've been due to the 1.5" gap at the bottom of the door between the door frame). Wouldn't recommend to anyone I know.
