The room itself was clean. The problem is the lobby and hallways smell so bad of smoke mixed with something else gross. My TV volume worked but it wouldn't go quieter than 14. Parked the car and it was hard to walk in as they were working on the building. Which happens The part that was horrible was the bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting. The bathtub had hair and dirt in it. Hair on the bathroom floor. Both towels had nasty stains on them. Very loud guests at 3 AM. No staff around.

I’m not sure why this Hotel has the low rating? We had a great experience from check in, clean room, great pool/splash pad/hot tub, staff, clean. Was a big weekend in town so rates seemed higher than normal. Overall very good stay!
