The breakfast staff were excellent, especially Rajiv and Koushboo. It ends there. The first night for dinner we were charged 6500 rupees ($80 USD) for drinks that were supposed to be included according to the food manager. They never took it off over 3 days of arguing. On our last day we called not the front desk to quote a driver to drop us off in Jaipur. Our next stay for 4 nights. Their all- inclusive amount for the driver was reasonable so we accepted in. 1 hour and 45 minutes into the drive their hotel driver says we are at the airport drop off. We were shocked that he took us to Delhi. The driver called the hotel and ARIHANT, duty manager, and AHMED, 2nd manager said that we told them we needed to go to the airport, not Jaipur! After 4( minutes of them accusing us that this was our fault, they said we need to prepay 6 times more in rupees to the driver or the hotel ( via a link they would send for payment) OR we need to get out of the carb do the driver can return. Mr ARIHANT and Mr AHMED are 2 very dishonest people, liars, and have a no good reputation! They became very condescending They are despicable people and showed no concern for us at all. They kept saying it was my fault and I mis- communicated to them. An outright lie. I will deal with the Radisson upon return to the U.S. and make sure they know that these two supervisors who are employed by them are underhanded, dishonest, liars totally incompetent. Then I’ll call my credit card company .

The rooms need a total overhaul .. Broken room lamps, dirt covered curtains .. looks like the rooms only get dusted on the top only.. the mini bar is just a fridge with around 5 choices .. and charging 10k for this room was a crime .. will not be staying here any more

This property does not allow to carry food and it was not told to me before I made a booking with Expedia. I travel across the country and globe and not once I have been denied to bring food from the outside including at 7 star properties. I have asked for the refund as neither I was informed that I can not carry food at your website, nor I was able to peak with you customer care as I was checking in at around 2300hrs. experience was so terrible that I was forced to park my car on the road side to eat with my wife at late night which I had checked in. I hardly used the room for 3 hours as we checked out at 0600hrs next day as AC was also not working. when we informed the staff, we were told that duty manager will take care of this for our future arrivals.... really.... CHEATERS. rest I hope Expedia either dont list this property or give complete information to the customer - and I bet no one will book if you tell customer about ban on food from outside. I also look forward to hearing from you guys on my refund as it was a horrible experience.

Also, Front Desk staff had informed you during your arrival and as a special gesture, it was allowed by them.2)The feedback with regards to Air Conditioning was shared by you during your departure. The staff would have offered you the resolution, if it would have been informed timely. I still feel that the situation would have been handled by the staff member in a rightful manner. I look forward to your benevolence in not allowing this experience to color your impression of our usual standards and services. Shower was dirty and water leaked from glass shower enclosure to washroom floor and even Toilet cubicle. TV did not work…no channels. Just HDMI error message. No room service menu. The next morning the duty manager said there should have been a QR code for menu but I did not see it. When I called for room service before 10pm they said only sandwiches and Briyani available but found on next day that is late night menu after 11pm. Took a long time to check us in. When I asked about Expedia vip perks of 2 complimentary drinks. They had no idea about it or vouchers. Took way too long to check us in and the list goes on. The funny thing is we stayed 2 night prior and service, room, etc was decent. We ain’t expecting Oberoi quality but not this pathetic of a experience. I rarely write reviews but when I spoke to staff it was met with indifference.
