Royal blue villa located in the nest of Ocean Addition West, Farmer's Hill ,Exuma is a roomy 2 bedroom 1 bath ideal for small families or groups.Spacious backyard with pool to cool out on a warm summer's day. It is a 2 minute walk away from Bowe's Convenience Store, A 3 minute drive to Farmer's Hill beach and a 7 minute drive to the airport. Enjoy a nature walk through the quiet neighborhood and even feed ducks at the nearby ponds.
