"Our stay at Jack’s house was absolutely perfect! Jack is the best host we have ever had in a rental property. The house was stocked with everything we needed and then some, and his communication was top notch. We arrived right as a tropical storm was beginning and Jack stayed in constant contact making sure we were good. The house has a generator, so we kept power during the 36 hours when the storm was passing, which made staying in from the storm easy. Jack had so many suggestions for restaurants and activities—so helpful for us as first time visitors to Exuma. The house was clean and comfy, the air conditioner works great, and the screened in porch let us be outside in the early morning and evenings without having to worry about the bugs biting. Last but not least, the beach and the dock, easily our favorite part of the property!! The water is so shallow and calm at low tide, perfect for young kids and exploring. At high tide our kids (8 & 11) loved jumping from the dock and snorkeling under it! We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to come back! "

"We had a fantastic stay this past week at this property! The location of the Villa was perfect- steps away from a gorgeous beach and having a nice pool was amazing. We also appreciate the privacy it (Villa) provided.My family and I have stayed at other properties on Exuma, this by far has to be the best one! This modern Villa is laid out perfectly, plenty of room for two large (we brought our best friends along this time) families. The entire property is immaculately maintained!The location of the property is close to the airport and very central on the island. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a home cooked meal together. Thank you Angelique, Gabby and Dmitri for the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful property!! We will be back!!"

"What word comes to mind when staying at Aqua Vista…UNFORGETABLE! Aqua Vista has a little something for everyone…beach combing and critter hunting, sunbathing and relaxing on the dock and floating island, snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking for the adventurer and shallow waters calm enough that you can just stand and chill or float for as long as you’d like. The view is spectacular! We enjoyed many coffee filled sunrises on the dock and happy hour cocktails later in the day. Kitchen was well stocked for our meals in. There was never a time that we didn’t have what we needed, including the stock of spices and herbs that we helped to contribute to. We enjoyed our evenings in playing UNO and streaming movies as the WiFi connection was great! My husband was also able to keep up with work emails a bit during our down time in the early morning. We loved visiting Roy’s Lounge and the restaurants in town on our evenings out. Eric and Gina were fantastic to work with and we were grateful for the videos and detailed files we received prior to our visit. They were only a text away with any questions we had and got back to us very quickly. We used many of their recommendations for our excursions and when renting a car for the six of us. I think the other feature of the house we enjoyed was the outdoor bathroom. Not only were the outdoor showers the best, but I loved all the special decorating touches. It was so hard to leave and we can’t wait to go back! "

"BeauSoleil was a dream vacation! The prettiest house in the area. Best beach, best pool and hot tub and most fabulous water!! Couldn't have asked for a better location and Sam our host was super easy to reach and stopped by to give us a welcome tour. We spent two days boating but we also had 2 days to stay at the house and enjoy the amenities and the view. So happy we did! We made memories to last a lifetime! Can't wait to go back! "

"Our stay was AMAZING! Stayed at one of the ocean view cottages and the room was perfect. Huge bathroom and amazing balcony with lounge style chairs to sit back and enjoy the night, stars and sounds of the ocean! The restaurant was AMAZING. The food was really good and fresh made to order. I recommend the peas and rice with lobster and shrimp dish they have! "

He arranged for our rental car to be delivered to his beautiful location we stayed at and made sure we had transportation from airport ready and there to pick us up once we arrived. He also helped get our excursion dreams to happen. Can’t wait to go back! "
