Relax and Unwind

Woods on the Water proved to be just what the doctor ordered. It was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. The view from the front of the cabin was breathtaking. The location was within excellent vicinity of all amenities you need. Can't wait to plan our next visit

Sweet Retreat

The yellow cabin has become the perfect mini vacation for my husband and myself. So much so that we invited our friends this time to enjoy watching the sun rise and fall over the beautiful lake. Just sitting on the deck enjoying the breeze is enough to want to back over and over again.

Perfect Spot

This was definitely an unexpected, but perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway! Beach vibes on the lake made this vacation feel even more like a retreat. We were able to walk out the back door right onto a dock to fish and enjoy outdoor activities. We even booked again before we left, that's how much we loved it. We can't wait to come back when it's warmer so we can enjoy swimming and other water activities!

Let’s just say okay ….

Dishwasher did not work so you your own wash dishes. Owner informed me beforehand but it was the day before and only after I contacted her to get the access code. Lacking in some areas. You must bring your own Keurig (old timey coffee pot only), soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Floor in bathroom is very weak and flooring is coming up. Needs a replacement of its sleeper sofa. In addition, there was no mattress on the sleeper sofa, just foam. Kitchen table was beyond filthy when we arrived and was completely sticky. I would recommend a glass top for the table for easier cleanup. Bedrooms are good. Location is good. It was an okay experience.

Great stay but would've been perfect if...

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving on the lake in Farmerville. The check in/check out process was super easy. The cabin was stocked beyond our expectations. If the deck was cleaned and debugged our stay would have been perfect. But overall it was a great stay anyway.

This little cabin is so cute! All the comforts of home! The views on the lake are amazing and it’s convenient to everything. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back. Amazing lakefront property

The cabin was clean and comfortable with a spectacular view of the lake. Furnishings and decor is modern with a lot a attention to detail. We definitely look forward to coming back!
