"The staff was amazing and the room was well appointed. But there were black hairs all over the walls of the shower and dried blood inside the cloth shower curtain. The staff were super responsive and helpful! Also, do not get a room near the outdoor part of the pool - there is no supervision and both nights I was there"

"We tried to visit the hot tub 6 different times and it was totally full I would not bank on getting to use it. One of the elevators went down while we were there and they made a mistake and put us in the wrong room so they literally could of had someone show up in our room while we weren’t there because it wasn’t booked right. No offers of goodwill to compensate "

"The room was clean and quiet. There was a basketball tournament in town but the kids were reasonable. The bathroom was very clean. Caulk was immaculate…no water stains or damage. Tile in shower was newer looking. I did miss a makeup mirror but that was it."

"Our room was dirty. The bathroom was FILTHY, moldy and mildew everywhere accompanied by hairs that didn’t belong to us. Spider webs in every upper and lower corner of the room. Cobwebs on the ceiling . Stains on the bed sheets and comforter. We requested a non smoking room two times and our room smelled like there was an entire pack of cigarettes burning. We didn’t have an ice bucket because they are not required to keep them for every room. The front desk said they had a handful of them, but had already given them out. The ice machines were broken and dirty. The parking was inconvenient due to heavy equipment and trailers taking up multiple parking spots. When we returned to our room for the second nights stay our keys didn’t work, so we had to go back to the front desk for them to be rekeyed. We were extremely dissatisfied with this stay !!! "
