“This was such a great place! The luxury tent was right on the river, and the setting was "magical". The first night was VERY windy, but the tent was so sturdy it did not bother us. The next nights were around 30F, but inside the tent the heating system worked perfectly! Overall, the "clamping" experience was unique,, fun, comfortable, and "cool"! What a find on Expedia!”

“We often have trouble finding places with enough bed space when traveling, not here, sore than enough room, all in comfortable beds. All TV’s and appliance clean and working, including BbQ grill on patio. The property is about 10 mins. from Durango and shopping, but we found that a plus. Quiet property on ranch land and we watched deer grazing in the pastures around us while we enjoyed the hot tub. Game room is a plus especially with teens along. We would definitely stay again.”
