"Fantastic stay with Barry, Barry was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and showed us everything we needed. The annexe was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, also a great range of breakfast options which we were not expected so a lovely bonus to the stay. The property is not far from the train station and is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. "Lovely open apartment. Very clean and spacious, had everything you need. Good location with a shop 2 doors down and a couple of good quality take aways in the same row of buildings. Bus stop across the road so very accessible. 15 minute walk to trams and Salford quays. Would definitely go again. Well managed. When I arrived I discovered the kettle didn’t work. Left a voice note when I went out and there was a new one there when I got back! Excellent service"

"A decent stay overall, largely thanks to the warm and friendly staff who made a great impression. However, the rooms are in need of some TLC and stricter housekeeping checks. The chair in our room was very tired and worn, there was a chip on the outside of the room door which didn't give a good first impression, we were given ripped towels, and the shower tray was quite mouldy. With a bit of maintenance and attention to detail, this could be a much better spot."
