Totally private apartment in family setting, not shared

  • You will be able to enjoy private and exclusive use of our apartment, complete with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and lounge. All the amenities and comfort you might require for your stay! Within our house, but behind its own door, ensuring your total privacy and space. All our guests have found the apartment very spacious, modern and comfortable, whether staying for a few days to relax, on business, or maybe as a base for enjoying nearby events such as concerts, football matches, or all that Manchester has to offer, given our close links to Manchester via train. Note, we don’t charge a cleaning fee, as we do all the cleaning within the family, however you can rest assured that the apartment will be spotlessly clean upon arrival, as our other guests have found. Additionally, all bedding items and towels are changed between guests so again you can rest assured of a comfortable stay.

Amazing stay 5*

Fantastic stay with Barry, Barry was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and showed us everything we needed. The annexe was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, also a great range of breakfast options which we were not expected so a lovely bonus to the stay. The property is not far from the train station and is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you so much To Barry and his family for being so welcoming, we really enjoyed our stay

This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property. Very spacious and met all expectations, nice bathroom with toothpaste, razor, deodorant, soap and shampoo all available. Similarly the new kitchen was well stocked with bread, butter, jam and eggs, tea, coffee and milk, not to mention the red and white wine and bottles of beer. I couldn’t have been happier and great value for money. I’d stay again in a shot.

Our happy stay

The property is a wonderful little find. The hosts are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is spotlessly clean and lots of little treats in both the kitchen and bathroom. Barry was extremely responsive to our emails prior to our visit. We were unfortunately delayed on transport when visiting Manchester. The hosts made sure we were safe and were very accommodating to our late arrival. We cannot thank them enough. The railways station is a short walk away and only a short journey into Manchester. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an apartment on the outskirts of Manchester. If visiting in the area again we will be back if the apartment is available.
