Super location with super views.

Excellent location with views over Faro and down to the sea. The apartment had everything we needed, a home from home.

The apartment was a great choice for our 1 week stay in Faro. A great location to grocery stores, the Marina, Old Town and Restaurants complete with views of sunrise and sunsets from the eight floor balcony. A well laid out apartment, nicely decorated and fully equipped in a quiet residential neighborhood. Ivan was a great host and provided an easy process for check in and check out. The Smart TV provided full channel selection which was nice to watch English speaking programmes. We were very happy with our choice of accommodation and our communications with Ivan.

Ideal place for relaxing

Relatively close to the marina and the shopping/restaurant area. The Saturday market at the Church of Bones plaza was fabulous. Short walks to the mercado and the train station. Assuming you aren’t bothered by a bit of noise from the surroundings, this is an easy place to stay in.

Very nice stay

Our apartment was great, extremely clean. Ivan our host could not have done any more for us he went above and beyond what was necessary to make us happy. 8th floor, lovely views, walk to marina and shopping. Very enjoyable vacation.

Wonderful flat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Faro. The flat was perfectly located with easy walking to town. The views of the coastline were quite wonderful. The host was always helpful as we figured things out. Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment in excellent location

Staying on the 8th floor of this quiet apartment provided a wonderful view and a feeling of safety. Restaurants and food stores are nearby. It is a short walk to the marina and the old town. Faro was an interesting city for a 15-day stay. Transportation to nearby communities by train and Uber supported enjoyable side trips.

Fabulous views

This apartment is a gem in the old town area of Faro! It is very clean, modern and nicely decorated. Check in and out was simple and communication with Ivan was prompt and polite. Kitchen is well supplied, beds very comfortable. We were two couples and had plenty of space. Views from the 8th floor are spectacular. We would highly recommend this wonderful little apartment! Beautiful views of the city, free convenient parking, easy walk to restaurants and waterfront. Has elevator. Host responsive. Would have liked coffee and paper towels. Is on the edge of bad area of town but parking and views are all out front (no need to walk through bad areas)

Excellent unit/great Owner

We spent 3 nights in Faro at this wonderful owned and operated by a conscientious, friendly owner who went over and above to make us feel welcome and enjoy this beautiful city. Perfectly decorated, so actions and fully furnished- we felt like we were at home. The unit sits above Old Faro and is convenient to everything you could need. I would love to come back to Faro and I would definitely stay at this unit again!

Boat and train

The apartment was beautifully presented with comfortable furniture; the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We were a leisurely 10 minute to the marina, bus and train stations as well as lots of good restaurants. I would recommend an ' hop on hop off' island exploration trip in an exhilarating rib speed boat and train ride to Tavira.

The property was just as great as described. However, the only downside was that they provided only one towel per guest, and the bathroom dispensers were empty throughout our six-day stay. I addressed this issue with the management, and they responded that they could not provide more than one bath towel per person but assured me that they would refill the dispensers the next day. Unfortunately, this never happened. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, although a vehicle is necessary for grocery shopping, as there is nothing within walking distance.

Great rental

Great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and marina. Great apartment for our families 2 week stay with beautiful views from the balcony. Smooth check in and out process. Ivan is a great host and responds within minutes. We had an issue with the car rental company ( we decided not to rent a car) and Ivan got us transportation to the apartment within 35 minutes after 2 long flights. Glad we rented this apartment for our family vacation.

What a view

We spent 3 weeks traveling in Spain and Portugal this spring and the 4 days and 3 nights we spent in this gorgeous apartment was one of the highlights of our trip. We rented a car so that we could day trip along the Algarve coast, which we did from Sagres to Tavira. With a parking lot across the street from the apartment, this unit was the perfect choice. Additionally, the apartment was walking distance to the Old Town and marina, But, when all is said and done, it was the spectacular view out of every window in the apartment that made every morning a special treat. This Faro retreat is a must stay if you are coming to the Algarve. PS the rental team was wonderful too.

Sky dream was a dream come true!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home away from home property. It's a comfy and homely, fully equipped apartment and the view from the apartment is amazing! We enjoyed waking up and looking over the city from the balcony sipping our coffee. The bedrooms are lovely and the beds were comfortable. The whole apartment was immaculate, there's really nothing to fault. The apartment Is only a few minutes walk into the centre of Faro, we were able to walk everywhere and there's a shop only 3 minutes away from the apartment with pretty much all the essentials needed for your stay. Our host was an absolute gentleman, and nothing was too hard for him. He responds at the speed of ligjtning and makes things happen without any delay. If we come back to Faro, we will definitely book Sky dream again. Thank you for having us!

Great views and amenities but I would not recommend

The apartment is on the 8th floor and has commanding views of the Faro waterfront. It is close to the ingreja do Carmen church and you can actually see into the chapel of bones. It has all the amenities you would need for an extended stay. Made our stay quite comfortable. The area it was located had a lot of graffiti and we encountered our first racist incident at a cafe called that was located nearby. If I had to do it again I wouldn’t pick this neighborhood. Also Ivan insisted on our passport pictures before giving us the address. First time this has happened in our travels. I was reluctant to share our passport information and if I had known this earlier I would not have booked this property.
