“Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout confort et très design.Un ou deux points : le radiateur des deux salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Le robinet de l’évier de la cuisine était mal fixé, instable. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave-vaisselle. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait très apprécié. Et avec un lave-linge, nous resterions une semaine de plus ! Sinon, merveilleux séjour.”

“Apartamento amplo e confortável, com todas as comodidades necessárias. Ótima localização no centro histórico de Gênova. Anfitriões muito gentis, comunicação muito rápida e eficiente. Boas indicações de locais para comer. Se pudermos voltar a Gênova, ficaremos de novo com a Happy Family ”

“Schönes und zentral gelegenes Studio. Nachts vielleicht nicht ganz still und ruhig, für diejenigen, die keinen tiefen Schlaf haben (aber auch nicht furchtbar laut). Ansonsten alles vorhanden, was man erwarten darf. Wir haben uns jedenfalls wohlgefühlt !”

“Ich habe selten so freundliche und kundenorientierte Mitarbeiter erlebt wie im Hotel Riva Superior in Genua! Schon bei der Ankunft wurde auf all meine Wünsche so herzlich eingegangen – ich hatte um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und konnte dort wunderbar schlafen. Als mir das Bett etwas zu hart war, wurde sofort eine Lösung gefunden. Alles war super sauber, die Lage perfekt und der historische Aufzug im Jugendstil ein echtes Highlight. Ein Hotel mit Herz – absolut empfehlenswert!”
