I really enjoyed the spa at this hotel, I got a massage by Ms. Vanessa and she was wonderful. The bartender Telmo was a great bartender who truly understands that bartending is an art. I recommend this hotel if you're looking for a convenient place to stay.

Everything about the hotel, from the check in to the check out was fantastic!! The room was very clean and spacious. The food at the bar and at breakfast was amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly!! Very very nice.

The check in was a little complicated 3 tries to get our room . The room was very nice and clean. The air conditioning is unit did not sufficiently cool down the room , it was looked at twice by the staff but it didn’t change anything. The breakfast was amazing so many choices . The hotel was satisfactory for a one night stay and close to the Cathedral

Hotel was great , just didn’t like at all all of restrictions of the pool , we had a child , they told her to be quite , 1 hour per room per day ? In my opinion just horrible, took a shower right after the pool in the change rooms, the staff told me to take a shower in the room , need to be out , again in my opinion not acceptable , other wise the hotel was great

The staff was fantastic and the food was great. Use of the fitness facilities was limited to 1 hour and you had to schedule in advance, which can be a bit limiting. Also, the photo online showed an outdoor pool and it was an indoor pool, which would not have been a problem except you had to sign up to use it. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay.

Property was good overall but disappointed since I book this hotel for the pool and amenities and no where it say on their reservation website that you need it a swiming cap to use the facilities and they were overcharging for a swimming cap. We’re treated poorly by one of your staff for not buying them a swimming cap. Everything else was great. Their breakfast was wonderful except for that issue so keep it in mind if you will like to use their spa.
