“Our family had a fantastic time at Zuri White Sands. The gardens of the facility are among the most well kept and serene I have ever seen. The pool areas are lovely and clean. Breakfast was good with an excellent selection, although with a bit noisy acoustics. The pan-Asian restaurant is also we’ll worth a visit, with warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent food and very attentive staff. The rooms were kept clean and neat, but not sound proof in any way. “The hotel was very nice but before we arrived the booking we made nearly 12 months previously was communicated that they wished to move us to a sister hotel. Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. However when we arrived for the first two and a half days of the 7 night stay we were constantly battling with the hotel as they only had us staying for 2 nights and again wanted to move us to this sister hotel. “The main building was beautiful with high arched ceilings. It was beautifully decorated and fresh flowers daily. The water features were lovely, with some large fish in some. The restaurant we used was the large one down stairs. We used the smaller room off the main as it was air-conditioned and less busy. Our room was on the 3rd floor of one of the annexes, and was wonderful, - beautifully appointed, with a balcony overlooking the excellent pool. The staff were very friendly and gave……
