Villa Murier is a delightful, comfortable 3 bedroom villa set in a secluded private, sunny garden with its own private swimming pool and views of the mountains in the distance. The villa has private parking behind electric gates. The villa has 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with 2 bathrooms. The lounge has an open fireplace with a dining table to seat 6 people. There is satellite TV and WiFi.
The villa has partial air conditioning.
The villa is situated a short drive from the centre of Fayence and the famous Mediterranean resorts of Cannes, Antibes and Nice are all within a thirty five minutes drive and Nice airport is only forty five minutes away.

Pas tout parfait comme déjà signalé a l'hôte pas de paillasson en arrivant avec 3 jours de pluie pas de sèche linge comme indiqué étendoir cassé ainsi que l'aspirateur sans manche avec pas de brosse suite à notre demande a l'hôte ces 3 choses nous ont été livré par la personne gérant a la du propriétaire tapis de table a repasser très sale apporte également par le gérant plusieurs ampoules grillées. 1 des 2 WC coulait tout le temps impossible de l'utiliser tous les placards beaucoup trop chargés avec les affaires inutiles au locataire qui appartiennent à la propriétaire le gérant nous a confirmé que la piscine n'était pas chauffée dommage d'avoir eu tout cela car la maison est agréable et bien située

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the quiet location and easy access to a number of supermarkets locally. It was very easy to access the coastal towns and local medieval towns and villages. The pool was a 'God send' as it was very hot most of the time we were there. I am happy to recommend this property and hope to stay again soon.

Haus sollte renoviert werden, Mauern aussen haben teilweise Moos angesetzt! Fernseher funktionierte nicht aber zum Glück hatte der Hauswart eine Lösung und half mit seinem Fernseher aus! Backofen war nicht gereinigt in der Geschirrspülmaschine war noch Besteck vom Vorgänger! Sonst war alles in Ordnung!

Ein toller Pool der wöchentliche gereinigt wird. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Von Waschmaschine bis Fön und Handtücher große sowie kleine, Reisetipps und Klimaanlage alles im Haus zu finden.

Séjour idyllique

Le séjour dans la maison de Susan a été parfait, nous n'avons manqué de rien, bien au contraire. Elle est très bien équipée (beaucoup de vaisselle et de linge), très spacieuse et chaleureuse. Les photos sont exactement conformes! Ce que nous retenons particulièrement : la qualité de l'accueil de Didier (ainsi que sa formidable disponibilité) et la gentillesse du pisciniste qui nous a donné de très bons conseils de sorties/visites! Une équipe généreuse qui soigne les occupants, merci encore!

Malheureusement de nombreux points négatifs, Quant à la propreté de la maison à notre arrivée, De nombreuses poignée de porte endommagé, couchage très peu confortable, linge de bain sale et j’en passe. La piscine qui devait être chauffé, ne l’était pas. Aucune connexion wi-fi sur la propriété, Et un manque total de communication de la part de la propriétaire
