"Lots of room nice location! Upstairs very hot pet stains on carpet fridge had hair and food in it had to clean and wipe down before use as well as bathrooms could use a little upkeep with stuff ( hole in sofa, wall marks outlet covers) was a little shocked when entering the home "

"Similar to a landlord special of quick patch work and fresh paint, as though the owner did just enough to make it look presentable without giving the home any sense of comfort. The house wasn't necessarily dirty but it definitely hadn't been thoroughly cleaned recently, with a thin layer of dust on the surfaces and spider webs in the corners. The kitchen was missing a few things like a coffee maker and a toaster. The bedrooms had no furniture such as vanities, dressers, etc. Us guys didn't mind...
