The hotel does have construction taking place but clean and quiet as you can see the hard work and upgrades they are installing. "We had a yearly golf outing down in the Washington Court House area and this place was great for our group. The place is very accommodating for large groups and has a great outdoor space. Communication with the host was easy and they were very helpful with any questions we had. Overall, we would definitely stay here again in the future as the place has everything you need for a great and relaxing stay. "

"Nice bedroom 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom place to stay. The check in/out process was super easy and they were extremely communicative, accomodating, and flexible. Also loved all the ducks that they decorated the inside and outside of the property with. "

"Similar to a landlord special of quick patch work and fresh paint, as though the owner did just enough to make it look presentable without giving the home any sense of comfort. The house wasn't necessarily dirty but it definitely hadn't been thoroughly cleaned recently, with a thin layer of dust on the surfaces and spider webs in the corners. The kitchen was missing a few things like a coffee maker and a toaster. The bedrooms had no furniture such as vanities, dressers, etc. Us guys didn't mind...

"Everything was great for the price, would have been nice if they'd done more snow plowing/shoveling and the shower door was hung a little off so it stuck when opening and closing but everything else was great"
