“Friendly staff, very clean and quiet. Property including outside the hotel was very clean and neat. Parking and adjacent restaurants added to the connivence. The hotel does have construction taking place but clean and quiet as you can see the hard work and upgrades they are installing. I would recommend to all as much better than the recent hotels we have stayed at this week traveling down south. 5 Star recommendation”

“The thermostat did not work ... Even though I called repair & they showed me how to do it once they left the hvac heater would not turn on... Your stat installer did Not Remove the clear protective film from the stat display. Signs of a poor install job... Nice to have a wall mounted stat but useless if it doesn't work... BTW your front desk said ever since the upgrade of wall mounted stats they have never worked correctly!! Time to call your HVAC Contractor & get this corrected. Also Your……

“Room was clean. It had plenty of towels, a coffee maker and fridge. Just what someone needs without all the extras. Easy to get to Downtown Yellow Springs. Also close to several hiking trails. I liked the keyless entry. Female, solo traveler and I felt safe while there. Will return again ”

“The staff at the hotel was great. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was run down, and the breakfast buffet was not good at all. We stayed 2 nights and didn't get fresh towels, nor did they make the bed or freshen up the room. I will not be staying at the Marriot again.”

“The issue was my fault. I doubled booked a room through Expedia. I thought I cancelled the one but clearly didn’t.i know missed means missed but I missed the cancellation by 1 day. Soon as I noticed, I reached out to Expedia and the hotel.i went back and forth between Expedia and the hotel for 2 days straight. Messaged the hotel through the app and even personal email. Pretty sure Allen only reached out because Expedia and I kept calling. I even replied to Allen and still haven’t heard a thing.……

“Very immaculate property. Comfortable lobby with fireplace that actually warms you. Spacious room and bath with nice furnishings and fixtures. Two negatives. The blinds only closed partway on the windows and the bright night lights by the bike trail shine in at night. Also the soundproofing needs improvement. I could hear both adjacent and across the hall guests in my room.”
