University of AR Visit

This condo was within walking distance to the engineering school and all the Dickson Street sites. It was clean and well lit. We felt safe as two women staying in the property.

Mom on a mission

Stayed here for 2 nights. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Could not have asked for a better location. The security in this building is wonderful. Can be difficult if you have multiple persons going in and out so keep that in mind. The condo was beautiful and spacious. The owner was very easy to deal with and communicated well. He was wonderful. Parking for one car is free but the others have to pay however there is plenty of parking spaces to pay for and only $10.00 per day. You can park your car and walk everywhere. Great stay!!

Nice place, good location. Enjoyed our stay. Was disappointed the balcony has no furniture and the living room space only had one small couch. Bathroom was my least favorite part. The sink is huge and leaves no space for even a toothbrush. The bathroom doors do not stay open and bump you from both doors the whole time you are at the sink. Also not a fan of the tiny signs telling you what you can and can not touch. Just felt micromanaged.

Everything went wonderfully! The apartment is in a great location and was just what was depicted on the website. It was quiet even though it's located near a busy street. We loved the balcony. The instructional email had everything we needed in it. I highly recommend it and will stay again in the future.

Great place and great location!

Came to visit the college for my rising senior. Great, walking distance to everything! Pro tip: When you arrive, DON'T ENTER the building ON THE 3rd FLOOR! That's a news station. If you enter on the 4TH floor, there is a luggage cart there and you can unload without annoying all the sweet, snazzily dressed newscasters as you struggle through the door, sweaty and disheveled dragging your luggage and Yeti cooler. Great amount of space for the 3 of us and we enjoyed the extra bed, kitchen space and proximity to all the great places and spaces in DT Fayetteville. Very clean, very comfortable beds and pillows and great AC!

Family Visit with a little football

Property was perfect for two. Hosts were immediately responsive. But, definitely a no frills rental in a great location. Just a glimpse of Dickson St. without the noise. It would have been nice to have a morning’s worth of coffee pods, for example. We were instructed to bring our own but we forgot! The bed was very comfortable! All in all, definitely 4 stars, but not quite 5.

Great location with parking in attached deck. Easy access to UA campus and Dickson St activities. Property is on the small size; comfortable for two people with a Murphy bed makes that makes it just adequate for 4. Limited furniture, with no coffee or end tables to set your coffee in the a.m. Nice outdoor patio if the weather is suitable. Grade location an A. Property amenities a C.

The University of Arkansas visit!

Lovely condo right on Dickson Street! My son and I were visiting for UARK orientation. Marley’s pizza place is right down below at The Dickson. The location was great! The condo and building was very clean, classy and comfortable. The owner was wonderful with helpful communication on the specific parking space and overall stay!
