Cottage in the shadow of the stadium!
- The newly remodeled Stadium Cottage is a light-filled studio home with a plus one bedroom with twin bed and a Queen pullout. The original floors and stylish design are only surpassed by its location. You will wake up in the shadow of Razorback Stadium. With a king bed, twin in the back mini bedroom, and a fold out full, you and up to four close friends can have a magical weekend in Fayetteville. A charming back porch is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee overlooking the UofA.
Stadium House available for rent as well (if you have a larger sized group).
*Pet Friendly for Non-Shedding Dogs only* pet fee is $25/night No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere indoors on the property.
This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and any other smoking or vaping devices.
Violators will be charged a deep-cleaning fee of $500 and may be subject to removal from the property without refund. Only cigarettes and vapes are allowed outdoors. Please shut all windows and doors if you choose to smoke outdoors. Thank you.

Incredibly convenient location for our visit to University of Arkansas. The property was very clean and tidy. Location was quiet and tucked away so it also provided a peaceful space. Will definitely book again.

Sean was great! Easy to communicate with and available all the time. At the last minute, we asked if we could stay another night or two and he was very accommodating. The little house has everything you could need/want. Fantastic location, right across the way from the football stadium. We could walk nearly everywhere.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting our daughter at U of Arkansas! It was centrally located, super clean and the perfect size. Although small, the space was brilliantly laid out. The kitchen and bathroom were rather large and there was an enclosed porch with a door for privacy to complete any business needs. There was a full washer and dryer and the decor was beautiful. We had everything we needed and nothing that we didn't need. We will definitely stay here again and really did not want to leave.

We have stayed in various hotels and VRBOs during the years our son has been at UArk. This was one of our very favorites. Perfectly furnished, super clean, great view overlooking the football stadium. I wish we had found this place our son's freshman year rather than his senior year!
