Cute little house

The stay was great. Management team was very responsive, property was clean and as advertised. Will definitely stay here again.

The home was overall clean. Clean bedding and towels. Vacuumed floors. A lot of dust on shelves and some dishes. The worst was walking in and has a strong smell of pot everywhere in the home. I immediately reached out to owner. They said they would send a cleaner. No cleaner can get a pot smell out. We bought room freshener but hard to mask that. We paid a lot of money to stay here because it was parents weekend in Arkansas. I’ve paid a lot of money at other VRBO’s during this busy time and have had a much different experience. We asked for a partial refund but would not give it to us because there was no proof. We were very disappointed and definitely would not stay here again.
