nice quiet neighborhood, relaxing hot tub - it rained off and on, but wasnt a detractor from the stay at all. Convenient location!

Perfect Spot!!

This place is amazing!!!! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back to stay next time we are in Fayetteville. The house was beautiful - it was clean and there was not musty smell like a previous review had said. The hot tub was amazing and the location couldn’t be better.

This house is an outstanding location… Very close to the University of Arkansas… Just down the road from a Walmart neighborhood market… And in a great neighborhood to get up and go running in the morning or enjoy A golf course just behind the property…

Great Choice

This property was a great choice for our stay in Fayetteville. Close to the highway, good neighborhood. Close to amenities. Owner was very responsive and the property was clean and welcoming.

Fayetteville, AR Weekend

Property smells musty. Pictures DO NOT represent property’s true condition. Between subpar property and rundown neighborhood, not a property worthy of spending money on. Better value to burn $$$$ in the street, at least you could roast a marshmallow with the flames.

Perfect location for Razorback events

There were six of us staying for football weekend and had plenty of room and we were close to everything we needed. Plenty of restaurant options and shopping nearby

Disappointed in Service

We arrived with broken glass on the floor in the living room, trash not removed from the premises and the air conditioning was not working. After a 14 hour drive through Texas heat to get there at 8 p.m., we ended up having to get a refund and move to a hotel for the rest of the weekend.
