Coming to town and need a place to stay? Come stay at this newly built beautiful home. This home is for large groups or a family. Or maybe you’re just looking for some extra space for an affordable price. This lovely suburban home is located just 25 mins from Atlanta International Airport

This fully furnished 5-bedroom and 3-bathroom luxurious home can be found on a quiet block on a 1.5-acre land. Open floor plan on the 1st floor with A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances that are ready for use. One bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom, formal dining, formal living room, TV room with a 65 inches Samsung smart TV, and eating area. A huge master bedroom and large master bathroom upstairs which include a sitting area and a 65-inches Samsung smart TV. The entertainment room boasts an 85-inches Samsung smart TV and surround system. Three other bedrooms upstairs with queen size beds. As the weather brightens up sit outside and enjoy the day on the patio.
Less than an hour from the Mercedes- Benz Stadium, 18 mins from Atlanta Motor Speedway, 10 mins from Piedmont Hospital. In town there are plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. Get to Downtown Atlanta in about 30 mins.

New Home in Fayetteville GA

The house is a new listing. It is big with 5 bedrooms, an open format kitchen/den, with separate dining and living rooms. We loved the layout with one bedroom downstairs for our guest who is recovering from knee surgery. The location was perfect; near our daughter's wedding at Lela's Place. Our grandsons loved the theater room and the Snickers bars on the beds. Being a new listing, there are several things that can be improved on. I am messaging the property manager with our suggestions. Once those improvements are made, this will be a very desirable rental house.

Horrible experience

Grass was extremely overgrown. AC did not work and seller expected us to troubleshoot during our stay. Refused to reimburse us even though we had to stay in a hotel 2 out of the 3 nights due to extremely uncomfortable temperatures. No window coverings in the whole home so opening windows was not an option. Do not recommend

Fantastic home

This house was amazing. CLEAN, had everything we needed for a longer week stay. There is plenty of space. Beds were comfy, everything was great. Location is great. The lot is great for the kiddos to play.
