Amazing House!

I never write reviews, but I was so incredibly impressed with the cleanliness, communication from the owner, and the quality of the house that I just had to! We were here for a Razorback football game and it was the perfect location to get to the stadium and the walking trail to get to the park and Dickson street. There were even two bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there! Such a wonderful place to stay to make memories for our family.

Nice property, good floorplan. Kitchen lacks basic needs ( cookware) and some sheets were pilled. Overall would stay again but would request better linens in master.

Just perfect

I stayed here for University of Arkansas dorm move-in with my daughter. Our stay was just perfect. The property is so close to the university and has restaurants and a grocery store next door and is a close walk to the bike trail. The condo itself was amazing. It was super clean with every amenity imaginable. There was even a bottle of wine and a box of gourmet doughnuts waiting for us. Would love to stay here again!

Christmas in Fayetteville

Since my son couldn't come home for Christmas, we loaded up our family and took Christmas to him. We moved our check in up early last minute because of freezing temps and threats of icy roads. The home owners were very accommodating for us. The location was perfect for us to be close to campus, a grocery store and eateries in town. We were also very close to find a church for Christmas Eve services and enjoy the lights of Downtown during the holidays. The town was beautiful. The place was very up to date, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a nice stay without getting out much in the cold weather. We stayed in a lot using the kitchen and watched a lot of football. There were plenty of blankets and necessities that we needed during the colder temps. We had a really nice Christmas away from home. Thank you so much.
