This brand new construction was thoughtfully designed with plenty of outdoor living space for families and friends to gather. Enjoy the proximity to Dickson, East Fayetteville, U of A, and many biking and running trails.

We are pet friendly and the yard is fully fenced.

The primary suite is on the main floor and has a large bathroom with a walk in shower attached. Two bedrooms are upstairs with a large hall bathroom in between that features a shower/tub combo and double sinks.

The decor was thoughtfully curated for comfort and modern design.

Welcome to Fayetteville! This is a brand new 3 bed/3 bath home centrally located in a fantastic area with plenty of outdoor living space.

Relax on the covered front and back porches.

Enjoy proximity to biking trails, U of A, and many NWA attractions. We offer 2 bikes complimentary during your stay. Please let us know if you would like to reserve the bikes during your stay.

On very rare occasions I will stay at a VRBO and wish I could give 6 stars! This property in one of those times. Everything is as described or honestly even better than described. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Fayetteville if this property is available. As others have also noted, the communication is excellent. Fantastic Fayetteville House

I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the Fayetteville area. The house was extremely clean and felt like a brand new house with all modern decor and touches. Very convenient to downtown Fayetteville, campus, etc. The covered parking spots was also a very nice bonus. We had no issues or complaints with our stay. And the owner was very responsive. We will definitely stay at this beautiful property again.
