On the 2nd floor of a very quiet residence with elevator. This 32 m², 3-star, one-bedroom apartment includes an entrance hall, a separate fitted kitchen, and a large separate living room with a flat-screen TV on a swing arm, a 140 x 190 cm bed. A bathroom (hydromassage shower). A 7.5-meter balcony with a small table and chairs. Electric shutters. Close to the town center and the sea (1 km), with buses and shops nearby. Grocery supplies (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, etc.) and cleaning products are available.

Propre et fonctionnel

Chaque année, c'est un bonheur de retrouver ce très bel appartement propre et très fonctionnel avec des propriétaires très sympathiques et honnêtes. Il est très bien situé entre la ville et la plage. Le plus: un arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble pour aller plus loin et visiter F?camp!
