Guest access
The entire home is yours—no shared spaces, no other guests on the property. You'll have full access to all 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, gym, patio, and beach. Keypad entry details are sent at 10 am on the morning of check-in, so there's no key pickup or coordination needed.

Other things to note
A refundable $500 security deposit is collected through Hospitable, VRBO's preferred property management platform. The hold is processed securely and released after checkout, provided no damage is found.

Special events and gatherings are approved on a case-by-case basis at an additional fee. We will recoup this separately through VRBO resolution center.

Accessibility: You'll arrive on the entry floor (the top of the house), which is also where Bedroom 5 is located. All other bedrooms and the laundry room are on the lower level, reached by an internal staircase. If anyone in your group has limited mobility, Bedroom 5 and the entry-level bathroom are the most accessible sleeping option. Feel free to message us with any layout questions before booking.

Landscaping: We have exterior landscaping services on a regular schedule. We'll do our best to give you a heads-up when they're coming, but don't be alarmed if you see them walking the perimeter.

Children: While we consider our home family friendly, all children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

Gym waiver: Booking requires all guests to agree to a waiver before using the workout space and equipment.
