The kitchen is fully equipped with fitted kitchen, crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. Fresh rolls for breakfast are available daily in the "Café am Hafen". A duplex underground parking space belongs to the apartment, with storage space for bicycles and surfboards. In the basement of the house there is a coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer. In the resort there are restaurants, cafés, snack bars, beer pub, bike rental and small shops, kite and surfing school including shops and a fishing cutter. Swimming and kite/surfing opportunities in the unique area are given. The Flügge and Püttsee bathing beaches can be reached quickly by bike or car.
