Mangelhafte Objektbeschreibung

Gebucht wurde ein Doppelbett und eine Doppelschlafcouch für zwei Erwachsene, die in getrennten Räumen schlafen wollen. Nur gibt es in der Wohnung die beschriebene Doppelschlafcouch leider gar nicht. Die Kommunikation bezüglich der mangelhaften Objektbeschreibung war leider echt schlecht. Statt den Fehler einzuräumen, dass eine völlige andere Schlafsituation in der Wohnung ist als vorher verkauft wurde, durfte ich mir auch noch Vorwürfe gemacht, dass hier ja angeblich mehr Personen übernachtet hätten. So eine Reaktion, wenn die Sachlage eindeutig ist, muss auch wirklich nicht sein. Das Licht in der Küche und über dem Küchentisch ist zudem furchtbar und findet man ansonsten eher in OP Sälen, sehr unangenehm. Das WLAN kann auch kaum als solches benannt werden. Hier lieber auf eigene Daten setzen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung ganz nett eingerichtet und Orth ein wunderschönes Örtchen.
