"The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, it just wasnt a fit for us. We had booked 2 nights and left after the first one. There is staff present at all hours, but unfortunately, the English speaking staff wasn't there when we needed it. After our first night the lock to out room broke, and we couldnt lock our room door when we left. They did fix it while we were out, but having english speaking staff in that situation would have been nice. The entrance to the building is from street lvl...

The hosts are incredibly friendly and caring - if you need anything specific, need tips for a trip to the city or surroundings, they're always there to help and chat.
