The room is clean & big, hotel is around 15 min walk to Gare Part-Dieu,15-20 min to city center.
The staff are helpful and speak good English. They answered all my questions nicely.
The only thing is that no slippers provided, a little inconvenience to my stay.

"The location is good. Brit hotels are normally next to the train station and it's what I need when traveling alone, but it's of course it's not the best service and isolated from the touristic scene, but not far also."

"Belle rénovation pour cet hôtel que nous avons déjà fréquenté plusieurs fois lors de nos retours de vacances. Le personnel est toujours très agréable malgré l’affluence. Le petit déjeuner est toujours aussi varié et copieux. Le dîner en demi pension est très bon avec du choix. Chambre très propre. ..."
