「good location, near the metro station, just 10 mins walk to central hall market, shopping street and liberty bridge. the room is in good conditions and very new, just like home. the staff is very kind, she text me for the room passwords etc although we didnt meet. 」

「We stayed at this hotel last weekend and it’s our understanding that it has only recently opened. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t the best. When we arrived at our room, my girlfriend wanted to shower before our scheduled river boat trip. We realised there was no hairdryer in the room, so I asked a member of staff if one was available. He said he would go and get one for us. However, after waiting around 30 minutes with no update, I went to follow up and was then told there were none...
