Lovely villa on the edge of town

The villa was well equipped and furnished in a very quiet part of town. Plenty of outside space which was vey safe even for an under-2. The second bathroom is accessed through the kitchen and the rear yard which isn’t ideal. It’s a 10-minute walk to the sea up and down some sloping streets.

We had some dissatisfaction with this property. Listed below 1. Ad misleading. Says property includes AC with *footnote at very bottom of ad that AC is optional for an additional 10EUR per day prepaid. We arrived in the evening after a major heatwave. it was unlivable (over 32C) inside. We contacted Homerti (a third party you can only reach by text) and they responded they would send us a payment link the next day and that we could not have AC that night. If we had noticed the abbreviated footnote in the ad I don’t know how we could have prepaid anyway since there is no option to do so and we paid VRBO in full and in advance for the stay. We texted back we would need to get a hotel room and needed a refund for the first night and the ultimately sent us a link and turned on the ac at around 930 pm but it was very stressful2 Limited supplies. 1 partial roll of toilet paper with about 20 sheets. No spices, not even salt and pepper. No spatula. No beach towels. Many other typical essentials missing3. AC in bedrooms only. None in den or kitchen which never comfortable during 12 day stay4. Little or no natural light. Stuffy with little windows covered with shutters5. TV had no English stations and would not work with mirroring6. Trash pickup was unreliable. Instructions provided were in Catalan, were outdated & inaccurate. Ultimately we had to drive several miles to a dumpster to avoid 90EU penalty for not removing it5. Hometi is condescending and rude

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage

Das Haus war sehr sauber und insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Nur die Kaffeemaschine müsste dringend durch eine neue ersetzt werden. Auch die Bratpfannen sind nicht mehr in Ordnung. In der Beschreibung des Hauses sollte erwähnt werden dass das 2. Badezimmer außerhalb des Hauses an der Terasse liegt. Am wichtigsten ist aber, den Schlüsselkasten am Eingang durch einen Schüsselkasten mit einer Tastatur auszutauschen. Bei der jetzigen Version ist es kaum mölich den Code einzustellen ohne sich die Fingernägel abzubrechen.

Landestypische, schöne Finca ohne zu viel Luxus und Schickimicki.

Sehr schöne, super saubere Unterkunft mit landestypischer Einrichtung. Top Team zwecks Fragen & Anliegen (Beistellbett, Hochstuhl) und vielfältigen Möglichkeiten auch um das Haus herum Zeit zu verbringen. Gegebenenfalls könnte über einen Mückenschutz an den Fenster nachgedacht werden oder wir hatten einfach Pech mit dem momentanen Schlupf der kleinen Biester.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage mit schönen Strand in der Nähe. Leider schon altes Mobiliar.

Sehr schönes Grundstück mit sehr guter Lage. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und zum Hafen mit Restaurants. Tolle Dachterrasse, super Außengrill und wunderschöne Olivenbäume auf dem Grundstück. Sehr ruhige Lage am Rand des Ortes mit Blick auf Felder. Bäder und Küche gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden! Mobiliar und Einrichtung schon recht alt und unmodern. Ein Schlafzimmer roch sehr muffig.

Everything was great except the mosquitos. It was such a pity to have a such wonderful garden and not be able to enjoy it almost at all. We tried everything, even the smoke of the barbecue didnt scare them at all. We loved the house, the location, the facilities, and the quiet zone.
