Welcome to this beautiful house for 6 people where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday near the coast of Mallorca.
The exterior of this villa is a real paradise for relaxation and enjoyment. A spectacular 9x4 metre chlorine swimming pool, surrounded by lawns, sun loungers and parasols, invites you to dive in and sunbathe in total tranquillity. The spacious porch furnished with table and chairs is the perfect place to share meals in the open air, while the charming terrace offers unique corners to enjoy a relaxing evening by the barbecue. Everything is designed to make every outdoor moment perfect.
The rustic interior, spread over two floors, begins with the communal areas on the ground floor and ends with the bedrooms on the first floor, all of which are air-conditioned. There is a lounge where you can sit on the two comfortable sofas and watch films on the TV. The dining room has a large table where you can all sit together and eat delicious meals prepared on the fully equipped gas cooker. Before heading upstairs, you'll find the first bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A toilet completes this floor. On the first floor you will find the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the other with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are provided. Finally, you can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board during your stay.
S’Horta is a quaint and peaceful village nestled in the heart of Mallorca, perfect for those seeking a break in an authentic rural setting. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
