We had the most amazing holiday at the villa we were 5 adults and 2 kids and had a lovely week. Our only suggestion would be an outdoor fridge would make life a little easier! A very enjoyable holiday!

Very nice villa

Very nice villa in quite surroundings. Not too far from a nice small beach. Dishwashing machine not working very well. Overall we can give our highest recommendations for the house and the service provided.

Lovely Villa

The villa was beautiful and spacious with a fantastic pool and views. 5he equipment was more than adequate, however, the BBQ could do with updating as really.not fit for purpose. The balcony off of the 1st floor bedroom is needinf some furniture so individuals could sit and admire the spectacular view. The tiilet flushes alao need some attention. None of this ruins the wonderful holiday. The main issue is the distance from any shops, bars and rsstaurants etc. It says 3km to Cala D'Or however, it was a good 45 mins walk and not an easy one. The advert should say a car is a must as obtaining taxi's proved to be a pain and was not an easy venture due to jurisdictional issues. Overall a great villa and highly recommended with a few adjustments.

Beautiful peaceful villa

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Marssella. It is a lovely, 4 bedroom villa set in a very pleasant garden with a large pool and several outside terrace areas with tables and chairs, rather than relaxed seating. The villa is in very quiet countryside - and a pretty cove beach with a fun bar restaurant and sunbeds is less than a 15 minute walk away. Bartolome was very attentive host - thank you!

Great private villa - secluded but close to the beach and restaurants

We had a big familly holiday. Nine of us aged from 12 to 66. It was perfect, plenty of space, well equiped, and with a brilliant pool and shaded terraces for outdoor living. The nearest beach is a 20 minute walk away, and has a little beach bar, but nothing else. The restaurants and shops are about a 10 minute drive . The villa itself is secluded, with a view across the valley to the distant hills. Not another villa in sight. No noisy parties keeping you awake, just the cockerels' crowing to tell you its time to get up. It doesn't feel like you are in the tourist capital of the Med!

Great house

We went as a family of four, and really enjoyed a fantastic week. All communication with the very friendly owner was easy and straightforward via WhatsApp ahead of our stay. He met us at the property at a time suited to our flight and explained everything. The house is wonderfully located if you like it quiet without neighbours and a green vista. In the summer heat and with small children it is a fair 25min walk to the beach, though we did it once. The beach is now featured on several 'Insider tip' lists on the internet, so can get quite crowded from midday. There are however plentiful choices of alternative great beaches just short drives away. The house itself has everything you can ask for - a gorgeous clean swimming pool long enough to properly swim and deep enough to dive. A little swing. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of shaded outside terraces for dining, and loungers for sunbathing. A washing machine and clothes line to the side, and when the machine broke down during our stay it was promptly replaced. The bedrooms are laid out in a way that should work for all families. The property feels secure to leave the children to wander round the garden freely as it has a high fence all around plus a tall iron gate. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely one to come back to for us. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten eine absolut traumhafte Zeit in der Finca auf Mallorca! Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern dort und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Finca ist nicht nur wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch extrem gut ausgestattet , sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Der große Pool, der gepflegte Garten und die vielen gemütlichen Sitzplätze haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchten wir an Silvia aussprechen. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war von Anfang an hervorragend- schnell, herzlich und super zuverlässig. Egal ob es um Fragen zur Anreise, Tipps vor Ort oder kleine Anliegen während des Aufenthalts ging: Silvia war immer erreichbar und hatte stets ein offenes Ohr für uns. Man merkt sofort, dass ihr das Wohl der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt.Für Familien ist die Finca ideal -viel Platz, Kinderfreundlichkeit und absolute Ruhe. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben.Vielen, vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit - wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Super Finca

Die top gepflegte, allein stehende Finca bietet für eine große Familie alles was man sich nur wünschen kann. 4 Schlafzimmer bieten ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Wir waren sogar mit 10 Personen davon 2 kleine Kinder vor Ort. Für die kleinen Kinder gab es Zustellbetten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, von Kochgeschirr bis zur Spülmaschine ist alles vorhanden. Der große Pool wird regelmäßig gewartet und gesäubert. Frau Bartolme kümmert sich rührend um die Gäste und hilft wo Sie nur kann. Zu einem der schönsten Strände, der Cala sa Nau sind es fußläufig nur ca. 15 Minuten. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) und waren 11 Tage dort. Kontakt via WhatsApp war super und in deutsch möglich. Bucht cala sa Nau ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Cala d'or haben wir zum Einkaufen besucht. Hier braucht man zwingend ein Auto. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Es war sauber, und wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben, war silvia unverzüglich da (Handtücher, bettlaken...) Wirklich sehr schön dort, sehr ruhig und super zum erholen. Eine strandbar an der Bucht gibt es auch, dort kann man Essen und auch leckere Alkoholfreie Cocktails trinken Wir kommen sicherlich wieder

Wohne in einem schönen mallorquinischen Landhaus

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit Gartengrundstück in wunderbarer naturnaher Lage, abseits vom Urlaubergetümmel. Von der Dachterrasse ein schöner Blick auf das fußläufig nur 15 Minuten entfernte Meer - Traumbucht. Villa Marsella ist sehr überlegt konzipiert - für jede Witterung und Windrichtung gibt es ein passendes Eckchen. Toll ist der überdachte Außengrillplatz mit großem Esstisch. Im nahen Portocolom kann man hervorragend Fisch und auf dem Markt frisches Gemüse kaufen und auch ausgezeichnet essen gehen. Sehr nette Vermieter und vor allem tolle Betreuung durch Sylvia. Wir waren "nur" vier Wochen dort, haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und hätten gern noch länger bleiben können.

Fantastischer Urlaub

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Freunden und Tomeu hat uns gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis noch zwei Betten für Erwachsene gestellt. Alleine fürs Einkaufen lohnt sich ein Mietwagen, ansonsten kann man auch wunderbar zu Fuß einen tollen Urlaub haben. Ich wollte eigentlich viel mehr unternehmen, aber ich fand es soooo entspannend und schön den ganzen Tag am Pool zu liegen, dass das auch die Hauptaktivität war. Zwei Badebuchten sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen, wenn man weiter die Klippen entlang wandert, findet man stellen, an denen mutige Menschen bouldern und von höheren Klippen ins Wasser springen. Tomeu hat super schnell geantwortet, wenn man Fragen hatte und alles war sehr unkompliziert. Diese Finka hat nur Vorteile! Auch dass sie etwas abgelegen ist, fanden wir super. So konnte man ungestört sein Ding machen, im Gegensatz zu irgedenwelchen Ferienhäusern oder Wohnungen, bei denen die nächste Einheit direkt nebenan ist oder einem die Nachbarn auf den Balkon glotzen können. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und 10 Leute sind erfüllt und mit einen tränenden Auge wieder nach Hause gefahren, weil es so toll war. Danke Tomeu!

Wunderschöner Urlaub. Sehr schöne Finca, mit einem super Pool, einer großen Terrasse und einem tollen Grill - Erholung pur und da es keine Nachbarn gibt, kann man auch die Musik voll aufdrehen. Die Tiere in der Umgebung haben uns nicht gestört.

Toller entspannter Urlaub in der Hochsaison

Wir waren 8 Personen und 1 Hund: Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet, toller Pool, wundervolleTerrasse und Grill. Sehr ruhig und doch nicht weit von einer schönen Bucht und Cala D Or entfernt. Einen Wagen sollte man haben. Wir hatten 2 Mietwagen und haben schöne Touren unternommen. Entspannung pur in der Finca und ein toller Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar war.
