Special autumn offer for couples, families, small groups or remote workers: enjoy this villa surrounded by nature at a more affordable price. Spacious areas allow you to relax, work or enjoy the autumn sun. Mallorca is more authentic, peaceful and bright in autumn.
Villa Son Reus D’Alt, accommodating eight people, is located in a quiet corner of Felanitx. Built in the typical Mallorcan style, the house features two air-conditioned living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, distributed over two floors. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a high chair, a cot and a parking space. The Mediterranean garden offers a covered terrace with a barbecue and a large 40 m² pool. Restaurants, bars and shops can be found in the nearby towns of Calonge and S’Horta, just five minutes away by car, while Cala D'Or beach is only a 15-minute drive away.

authentic spanish House with atmosphere
fantastic renovated house, authentic Spanish and full of atmosphere. Everything worked and we had fun every afternoon and evening under the covered area on the terrace with barbecue. The pool area was the best, large deep pool with the possibility of shade under the reed umbrellas. We will be back :-)
