Wonderful views and pool area.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful views and pool area. - When we arrived we had to stand in the sun with 2 small children while we waited for the key. We had rung the agent before leaving home and they agreed a 2 o'clock check in but no one had told the owner. Upstairs bathroom needs updating. Children's high chair had no straps and the cot had a gap between the mattress and the side which the baby slipped into.

Die Villa leidet unter einem signifkanten Instandhaltungsstau. Dachbalken morsch und von Termiten zerfressen. Aufdringlicher Fäkaliengeruch im Hauptbad. Sonnenliegen wie vom Gebrauchtmarkt. Schimmel an den Aussenwänden. Küche und Küchengeräte dringend auszutauschen/verschmutzt. Duschvorhang alt. Gardinen ungewaschen mit Flecken. Sofas durchgesessen und ebenfalls mit Flecken. Gesamtausstattung unpassend zur Preiskategorie. Gute Lagen, tolle Aussicht.

Wunderschöne Lage

Wir - sieben Freundinnen - haben das Haus für die letzte April-Woche gebucht und waren begeistert über die Lage direkt am Meer. Leider war es um diese Jahreszeit noch nicht allzu warm und der Pool leider nicht beheizt, also sehr kalt, und wir konnten ihn nicht nutzen. Das Haus selbst ist nicht mehr neu, hat aber jede Menge Platz geboten und viele Möglichkeiten, draußen zu sitzen oder in der Sonne zu liegen. Auch die Ausstattung war lobenswert und die beiden Hausbesitzerinnen waren überaus nett, freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend. Und der Blick jeden Tag aufs Meer - einfach unbezahlbar.
