L'hôtel nous a envoyé des messages sur WhatsApp pour nous informer des horaires de réception, nous demander si l'on souhaitait dîner à l'hôtel, vraiment appréciable. “First I was worried Becuase on the add it said no front desk so after calling they didn’t answer.
We went anyway they DO have a desk and the host is AMAZING.
So friendly helpful and helped me with bags upstairs! He recommended good places for us and made sure we ate breakfasts 100% recommend ”

“we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love……
