The room was wonderful, comfortable and well set up, and my dog was welcomed. I had an odd experience of the thermostat not allowing the temp to go down cooler for sleeping though, and then no hot water in the shower the next morning. They were very apologetic and provided us with extra Reward points in compensation. It is a wonderful hotel and restaurant and great location. The garage signage is very poor however, to determine parking relative to elevators and then elevator lobbies are not well signed to know how to return to your car. That said, I'd certainly stay there again!

The restaurants and bar were closed during my stay. No advance warning was given. Was told upon check in. Nothing much in the area as far as eating establishments. Torn towels, faucet was loose needed to be fixed. Clean. Staff was nice.

Everything was pretty good. The room was clean and the staff were very courteous. The particular room we had was next to a staff access door and it was a little loud with people going in and out late into the night and early morning, but other than that a good price for the room we had.
