"The hotel is set in a beautiful location, and I stayed for three nights. The staff were friendly, and the service was generally pleasant. However, given that it carries the Sofitel Legend brand, the condition of the rooms was disappointing and fell short of expectations.
Upon check-in, I inspected the bathroom and reported finding hair in both the bathtub and shower. While housekeeping attended and cleaned the bathtub, the shower was overlooked—the same strands of hair remained afterward, which was concerning.
There were also visible signs of water leakage on the walls, and some of the light strips were not functioning and appeared to be awaiting replacement. The bathroom lighting was inconsistent, with three different colour temperatures. The vanity mirror was tinted, making it impractical to use; I had to use the decorative border to see myself properly.
Considering the hotel’s premium pricing and brand positioning, I would have expected a much higher standard of maintenance and attention to detail."
