“The air conditioner in my room was fine. I wouldn’t say it was ice cold, but it didn’t feel stuffy or sticky. As for the water terrible during my stay, I had to change rooms because the showerhead was leaking water onto the floor and water during my showers were room temperature at its best. When I did change rooms, it was the exact same thing with the water, temp and showerhead. It may have been. The floor I was on ”

“Personal excelente. Muy amable. Los cuartos tienen aire de poca capacidad para el tamaño del cuarto. Por ende no enfrían bien. Los cuartos les hace falta espejo. Solo tienen espejo en el lavamanos. Bastante accesible la propiedad.”

“The hotel is next to the park. In the night a lot of people go to the park to play drums and party. The hotels sound proof facilities are very bad so all the time you can hear people passing by at your door or people talking outside and the drum and party outside is especially annoying. When you go to take breakfast, you need to pass by the toilet which is next to the elevator and next to the breakfast area. And the toilet is very smelly… the worst case what happened was the cleaning lady mixed……

“I booked this hotel cus the reviews were good !! Booked for two nights! When i was getting ready to shower the lights didn't work ! I called receptionist and she said that i had to wait till the morning to get it fixed! I asked for a refund and the lady said it was too much paperwork that had to be done ! She was also rude ! I ended up leaving and went for a better hotel where the light from the restroom actually work ! I guess i had to shower in the dark ! Place was old and dirty ! Save your ……

“The basic King bedroom was ample in size. The pool rooftop had a nice view of the mountains and the city. I didn't visit the other pools. The hotel restaurant (Mediterranean fusion) was ok. I recommend eating elsewhere, it's convenient but not great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I purchased the breakfast onsite instead of paying during the Expedia booking and that was a BIG mistake. They charged me $28 USD! So if you see the option to pay for breakfast when you book the room, just pay……
