“Lovely luxurious lodge. Bright and airy. The view is beautiful. Great little hot tub. Would definitely stay again. The site facilities were great. The lodge although clean on the surface definitely needs a deep clean. The cooker hood was very dusty, maybe from the ongoing building works but covered in a thick layer of dust. Also the pillows have no protective covers. Unfortunately the bathroom attached to the master bedroom has a leak and the door frame and carpet badly damaged. I did flag……

“top of fridge dirty, toilet and shower not thoroughly cleaned . net curtains in lounge frayed. cups in cupboard dirty and had to clean before use. A lot of stains on carpet. Not worth the money we paid.”

“Lodge was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The hot tub was secluded in a side fenced off area with washing line with pegs and seating area. The complimentary golf was a bonus. Sofas were comfortable and the WiFi was good. Plenty of towels. Little touches like washing up liquid, clothes, tea and coffee and biscuits etc made it a home from home. The double bed was uncomfortable to us but that’s just our personal preference.”

“The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped and the host was helpful. The site was clean and quiet and family friendly. We didn't use the site facilities as we didn't realise until after booking that there would be extra costs involved. However, we had a very enjoyable holiday.”

“The resort was good, caravan very comfortable and accomodating. Good facilities for dogs. My only complaint is that having been told : Items included in my booking are : Tea towel, Anti bac spray, J cloth, Sponge, Basic toiletries, combined bodywash/shampoo in pump dispenser, 2 toilet rolls. Due to expecting the above, we didn't bring our own. No Tea towel, no Jcloth or sponge,no antibac spray or basic toiletries. We did have 2 toilet rolls and some soap in one of the bathrooms. ”

“Had a really nice time apart from the rain. Facilities are excellent and staff are very welcoming. Children absolutely loved it and we will be back next year.”

“We enjoyed the location, but unfortunately the rooms where smaller than other caravans I have had holidays in. It was difficult to move around in the bedrooms. Some fixtures where not fixed properly and some of the blinds where dirty when we rolled them down.The Kitchen / living room areas where clean and had everything you needed for your stay. Smaller rooms cant be help. I should have took more notice of the pictures so even though it sounds like a negative its not the owners fault. I think i……

“Lodge was spacious and very comfortable, 2 bathrooms made it much easier for us all. Comfy settees and good kitchen utensils, especially the corkscrew.”
