“We stayed at the cottage-in-the-Barn for a couple nights with two college age kids and dogs. We loved the quiet setting and found it to be a great base for exploring Eastsound and other parts of the island. The cottage was clean and light and charming. It was beautiful in late winter but with the gardens and greenhouse, it must be wonderful in spring and summer!”

“Absolutely loved this little home on the farm. Had plenty of privacy, the owners weren’t in our bubble at all. The beds were so comfortable, everything was clean, plenty of towels. I think an upgraded coffee pot would be nice, it was a slooow trickle. Keurig would be even better. And a way to store leftovers - foil, saran wrap, tupperware, etc. There was none and that’s a pain to deal with on vacation. But highly recommend this place. “This rental was very nice with fantastic views of Sucia & Matia Islands. The house is large with lots of sleeping options. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub utilized after some good hiking days. The sunny but cool spring weather allowed us to lounge by the wood burning stove. Having a truck, I opted to back down the narrow driveway which I thought was easier to manage. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home.”

“Our group of six (teen, YA, in-laws, husband and me) enjoyed our stay at the North Shore Retreat. It's centrally located for easy exploring of all parts of the island-- from Doe Bay and Obstruction Pass to Deer Harbor. We loved the garden setting. It was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon reading amid the fragrant flowers, buzzing bees and swooping hummingbirds. “Super sweet views of the water, islands, & sky. Very nice private beach, and peaceful setting. The kitchen is well equipped. Bed was comfortable, couch and chairs were comfortable. The code to the door didn’t work, and after trying it numerous times, we texted Vacasa and they responded with a different code for the lock box which got us in with a key. The light above the stove, under the microwave was burned out, so cooking was dimly lit. I’m sure they will replace the bulb tho. The coffee……

“My parents, my siblings and I (all adults) booked this home for a family gather on a lovely fall weekend. This home was perfect for our needs. The huge kitchen with a gorgeous view was well-appointed and had yards of counter space for all of our meal preparations and room for many of us to work at the same time.
