“We arrived quite late and it was a little difficult to find in the dark, but our hosts were able to come out to meet us at the gate. The hosts were amazing! We arrived as guests and left after 4 nights feeling like family. They are wonderful. The breakfast was home made with more variety than we could wish for. Best breakfast we have had in Italy! If you are wanting to stay in the Modena area, this is a great place to call home for a few days. Hosts are 11/10!”

“Wonderful hotel. Great location and decoration. The staff is super nice. We can’t have breakfast in Day 1 because we need to leave hotel earlier for food trip but she still prepare breakfast for us with warming greeting:)”

“Our Favourite Agriturismo in Italy! We stayed at three different agriturismi in different regions of Italy, and Agriturismo Acetaia Sereni was by far our favourite. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. We were directed to reception and immediately escorted to our room while the check-in formalities were completed. This thoughtful, efficient service set the tone for an excellent stay. Parking was convenient, directly adjacent to the property, in a secure, well-lit, gated……

“The owner of the property was an absolute delight to talk to! The breakfast she personally put together was done very well and was very fresh! We enjoyed the history of her property and her husband with their collection of antique items on property. The history of their business was very interesting to listen to. The room was comfortable and well appointed as well and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in.”

“We had a great stay here. The breakfast was excellent. Check in was easy once we figured out which room we were in. Overall great”

“Staff, the room! ”

“Apartment was great. Centrally located with lots of restaurants, shops and even a great little market about 15min walk away. Room was very modern and stocked with everything we could need, clean and quiet. The parking available is street parking and it is free. Was able to park within a block of the property.”
