“Great house for a family get together! The house was spacious and backyard was perfect for a summer evening by the fire pit. Highly recommend.”

“Lovely unit, clean, well equipped, quiet location”

“I would recommend the apartment to anyone needing a place to stay in the area. We needed to be close to the airport and it was only a 20 minute easy drive. The property is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Management was easy to contact and check in and check out was simple.”

“This was a great place to stay. It is as described, easy to get in and out, and the hosts were very communicative.”

“We spent two weeks at this beautiful property. Highlights included beautiful views and sunsets, comfortable mattresses, a large kitchen, efficient office with a large screen and power connections, and a thoughtful host. Marian makes the comfort of her guests a priority. She asked for suggestions about things this new rental still needed, and I gave her ideas. Packages showed up three times while we there! Property manager Jake delivered them to us. It’s obvious that this is a property that is……

“Clean house, beds fantastic. Great kitchen...Very good host..Parking was a challenge if you have more than 2 cars...But nota negative.”

“The location was perfect…easy/quick walk to Church street and restaurants/shops. Off street parking was great. Easy walk to the lakefront for the cruise. Safe. Clean. Perfect for two or three people, but would be a little crowded for more. The one bathroom may or may not be a drawback. Porch furniture would be a great addition.”

“Kyle is a marvelous host. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the lovely view. We’ll be back!”

“Amazing place! Rented it for my family to come visit and we had such a nice time. Ash has thought about every detail. Can’t wait to come back!!”

“What you see is what you get. We were thrilled with the cozy, clean, comfortable house. Christy also gave us excellent food ideas, making our quiet weekend perfect!”

“The property was nicely decorated and very clean. Also nicely located on the water. The owners communicated well and seemed friendly in their messages. Two things would make the property better - bug screens on more windows so they can be left open and light blocking blinds in one of the bedrooms. Main issue is the unfortunate fact the train track is close and I woke up twice from trains passing in the middle of the night.”

“Lovely one bedroom getaway. Perfect for a couple and a dog. Lots of nice walking near there and easy to get downtown! Great air conditioning and well stocked kitchen!”

“A great location for one or two people.A very comfy bed and convenient to Burlington.”

“Adorable apartment walking distance to everything! Quiet and clean. Would definitely return to this spot.”

“Very lovely space in a quiet neighborhood. Very conveniently located and walkable to many local restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities. Highly recommended.”

“Lovely 2BR ground floor apartment, plenty of space for 2 couples. Kitchen very adequately supplied with Kuerig as well as drip coffee maker and a hot water heater. Very accommodating host - she even moved her car to street parking so we had room for two cars. Excellent location.”
