“Greeted by Amaria our hostess who was welcoming and delightful. A truly sensitively converted little stone farm house with everything you need. A great little garden and patio everything for a quiet stay. A village with small shops, restaurants and bars just up the road and a C6/7th monastery to visit all set in a wooded setting. “We had a wonderful 3-night stay in Casa da Forxa as two married couples wanting to enjoy the countryside instead of city life. We embraced the sublime village of Recelle, where we stayed and got a lot of nice photography we will cherish. We were unable to meet hosts Manuel and Libby Rodrigues due to scheduling conflicts, but they were quick to respond to all our questions by phone.
