我們住的是18號房間，舒適及整潔，不足是熱水不平均時有時冇，wifi 中等，冷氣足夠，下車後需要步行約2分鐘下斜坡，可找搬運工幫忙，約收3ODH ，景點都在10分鐘步程内，值得推薦!

Friendly and very helpful staff. Beautiful Riad with 3 styles inside. Massage service is available but just average. The dinner is probably the best we have in Morocco. Do remember to have a local guide tour too.

It was my first time in Morocco and in Africa. I arrived late at night feeling very disoriented everything was so different that I even thought about flying back to Canada 😅. Thankfully, Yusuf at reception was incredibly reassuring. He saw I was panicking and told me to take the night to process everything, and he checked in on me. Siham, the manager, gave me helpful tips (like taxi prices) and made sure I was safely picked up from the airport to the riad in the medina. I did get overcharged by a guide which can happen as a tourist but Siham helped me recover the money. Yusuf, Hassan, and Abdel were all friendly and attentive. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and would book again just for the staff. As for the riad itself, the pictures reflect reality no hidden surprises. It was clean, and while I usually prefer modern white interiors, I wanted an authentic riad experience and this delivered. Breakfast was generous, and they easily accommodated my lactose intolerance and adjusted portions. Everything is tailored to your needs. Yusuf even packed me breakfast for my early departure If you’re considering booking this riad, I would recommend it. Just keep in mind that it is located in one of the oldest medinas, so manage your expectations it’s not Casablanca or Rabat. I hope this helps!

You have to keep in mind that the property is over 100 years old. It was a bit dusty and not as clean as we usually book - this did not appear to be neglect of property just fact it is really old. The bathroom had a sewer smell all the time that the staff “helped” with scented candles. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want to experience a traditional very old Riad then this will work. It’s hard to find in the Medina ( but everything is) BUT the Riad will send a porter to find you and bring you in. They arranged a traditional hammam for me and it was an amazing experience. In the end we chalked it up to adventure and embraced the experience.

What an amazing experience in Fes. From the moment we stepped into the Riad, the warm welcome and friendly service was unparalleled to any other Riad or Hotel we stayed at on this trip. The manager greeted us personally and every staff member was willing to take care of all elements of our trip, from booking taxis, making restaurant recommendations, luggage service and serving breakfast. We were there in the off season, so it was a little quieter, however that didn’t interfere with the experience of staying here. Would absolutely recommend and will stay here again next time I’m in Fes. Special thanks to Hassan, Mouad and Siham for showing us exceptional hospitality.

Riad incroyable à recommander

Ce Riad est exceptionnel. Ces gens sont d une gentillesse incroyable discrets et à l’écoute, tout est très propre, nous avons eu droit à plein de jolies attentions. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et tout fait maison, nous avons fait un massage avec une dame qui est meilleure que mon kiné le Riad est calme, bien décoré, il y a la télé, la terrasse trop belle aussi et il est très bien situé. On nous a aidé à réserver les restaurants les taxis le hammam… tout ça avec le sourire. Mention spéciale à ma copine avec qui je me suis pris un fou rire hier soir en rentrant. Et un grand merci à toute l’équipe sans oublier les personnes qui ont fait le ménage trop gentilles, la nouvelle jeune fille qui nous a servis le petit dej hier et aujourd’hui, et les deux princesses de l’accueil adorables, et le monsieur aussi bref à tous merci!!!

Stunning riad with really professional and helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely, and our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff helped us book a private taxi on the last day and also helped us with our luggage as we had to walk a distance out to access the main road. Accessibility is probably the only downside as you have to walk around 10 minutes from the main road to get to the property.

Beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina, well located and walkable to all parts of the Medina. Riad is beautifully restored, and they are in the process of adding new luxury suites and a pool that will be lovely. The staff was wonderful, helpful and accommodating for anything we needed. They arranged for us a walking tour of the Medina which was so necessary for us to get a good sense of the maze-like alleys and showing us things we never would have found on our own. They also arranged for seamless pickup from the train station to the Riad. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommend!

Good location inside the Medina. The staff was very friendly. The room and bathroom were okay, a little dated and dark. The shower was a little strange. It definitely could use better lighting. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan pastries and juice.
