“The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent. ”

“I can’t believe this had an average of 7/10 in the reviews. It really is a 9.5–10/10. Good value. The room was a good size. There was an issue with the sink not draining under a Sunday night.Hayat had a technician fix it within 15 minutes. Dinner was good. Breakfast was excellent. There was a secure guard – controlled parking for my motorbike. And a really interesting design. I made a mistake by booking the wrong night. “2 of us booked 2 rooms, and request double bed. But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice? “I have stayed in quite many different hotels and this Riad is one of the best accommodations I have ever experienced. The rooms look nice in photos but I found them very difficult once inside - nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, really poor lighting for getting ready in the evening, etc. The shower head in our room was terrible - spraying everywhere and so hard it was sharp and painful on my face even at lowest stream.
