“The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent. ”

“We enjoyed our stay! It was easy to locate Palais Fes Yahya as they have several flashes on the medina walls directing you once you are in the general area. All of the staff were super helpful with any questions we had - whether it was a helping us with laundry, how to book an early morning taxi to the bus station or recommendations for a restaurant or a Hammam. “A charming and well run Riad on the outskirts of the Medina. The room was comfortable with incredible views. The location was very convenient for exploring the Medina and the staff were lovely and welcoming. The food served in their restaurant was delicious and they have the best harira soup in town! I would definitely recommend this Riad and would stay here again.”

“Really good ~ Nice place lovely rooftop !!! Highly recommend”

“I have stayed in quite many different hotels and this Riad is one of the best accommodations I have ever experienced. After a long trip from Sahara desert, I was stunned by the serene vibe of this Riad and had a refreshing shower here. The facilities and room were clean and it showed a traditional Moroccan style in detail. The breakfast was absolutely amazing as to my surprise, I tasted one of the best yogurt. However, it would be better if they could deliver the breakfast quicker. I was in a……
