「C’est simple. Tout était parfait. La localisation de l’hôtel qui n’était pas loin de tout. Le personnel était si gentil et accueillant. 「Sicuramente non adatto a 3 persone. Il divano letto è un normale divano. Servizi di check in inesistenti. Siamo arrivati e abbiamo dovuto chiamare e ricevere le istruzioni via WhatsApp (stessa cosa successa il giorno seguente a una coppia di australiani). Poi scopriamo che la camera era allestita per 2 persone e noi eravamo in 3. E da ultimo il ristorante per la colazione era chiuso da 1 settimana, peccato che non siamo stati avvisati (ci hanno poi rimborsato le colazioni fatte). La struttura è...

Haben nach Beanstandung anderes Zimmer bekommen war aber genauso schlimm. Frühstück war ab 8 Uhr 9.40 Uhr war immer noch kein Frühstück da, keine Info und war niemand an der Rezeption … nach 20 min sind wir gefahren ohne Frühstück. Mitarbeiter sind aber sehr freundlich. 」
